Terms of Service

By placing an order, you are agree to pay for services performed by Bay Tech Label, Inc. for a custom printed item or possibly a printed stock item that may be pulled and shipped to you.

Bay Tech Label, Inc. will guarantee that the item requested will adhere to standards and specifications of the state you have chosen during the order process and the default layout for the state and the item ordered will be used unless your order indicates otherwise. 

If you do not want the default layout, you must specify the difference within your order or contact Bay Tech Label, Inc. at 828-606-8213 to discuss the differences before placing this order. 

Please note, after receiving the item you also agree that a re-run with changes to the order because of a requested change to the layout not indicated in your original order will result in charges of a completely new order. For items that are not custom printed and pulled from our stock, we guarantee satisfaction to the extend of replacing at the sole discretion of Bay Tech Label, Inc. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of the new item and any price difference as well as the return shipping cost. A RMA # will be required on all returns.

A proof will be sent for all orders (new, rerun or rerun with change). Once received, please make sure you proofread the addresses, dates, phone numbers and all other information prior to approving the art. If the art is plated and a change is required prior to running on press, you will be charged for the incorrect plate(s) as well as the new and correct plate(s).

When an order is placed online, your credit card will be charged for the total including shipping. At any time, Bay Tech Label, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the invoice(s) to reflect current prices and quantities shipped and you agree to provide your credit card number to any additional charges that may result in these adjustments. Pricing is subject to change at any time.  

Definition of terms.

New: This will be a custom printed item that Bay Tech Label, Inc has not produced for you in the past.

A proof will be sent to you for verification prior to printing. Plate charges will be incurred according to the color(s) and number of variations.

Rerun with changes: We have already printed this item and you are looking to order more but you require a change on the item. This includes changing dates, addresses, phone numbers or any other information. We will send you a proof for verification prior to printing. Plate charges will be incurred according to the color(s) and number of variations.

Rerun (with no changes): We have already printed this item and you are looking to order more of the same. We will send you a proof for verification prior to printing.

Custom Artwork: If you have checked the box that you have custom artwork to upload, we will contact you about the best method and file types. A proof will be sent to you prior to printing. 

Proof: You will receive a proof prior to printing any item ordered on this site. The last thing we want to happen is for you to receive an incorrect label, tag or collar. An approval of the proof will be required before we will schedule and print.

NAFED Logo: Provided you are a member of NAFED, we can add the logo to your printed item.

Regarding delivery time, Bay Tech Label, Inc. will perform in a speed and manner consistent within the industry to ship within a reasonable timeframe. Our target is to ship your custom items within 1-5 business days after we receive the approval of your proof. For off the shelf stock items, the target is 1-3 business days.
